Welcome to the LeadHERship Fund, micro grants for female entrepreneurs. In celebration of Joy M. Hutton Day in the City of Houston, this fund was created as an extension of Joy M. Hutton's dedication to helping entrepreneurs and demonstrating her leadership in entrepreneurship.

Joy M. Hutton is the Founder of Joy of Consulting, a management consulting firm and on the go GLAM™, a beauty on demand platform that delivers hair, makeup, and nail services. Joy also serves on a number of small business councils and works with organizations that develop female entrepreneurs. She is a huge advocate of startups and small businesses. A native of Chicago, Illinois now living in Houston, Joy’s personal development continues with being a part of Leadership Houston, Class XXXVI and the Inaugural Class of Leadership ISD.

The LeadHERship Fund was established to provide micro grants to female entrepreneurs. Applicants must have a registered U.S. based business, digital presence, a business PayPal account to receive funds, and have demonstrated leadership in her community.
why
Joy was honored by the City of Houston for her leadership in entrepreneurship. February 4, 2020 was named “Joy M. Hutton” Day. To continue her legacy, she established the LeadHERship Fund to give female entrepreneurs access to micro grants that can help them with small business expenses. Joy was inspired to do this because so many people have poured into her along her entrepreneurial journey and she wants to pay it forward.
